• We are selective in the properties we manage as well as the owners for which we manage.
• We respond to your maintenance requests promptly because we respect your time and value you as our customer. 
• We only use license and insured sub-contractors.
• We are on call 24/7 for your emergency requests.
• All properties are well maintained and clean when you move in. 
• We inspect and videotape all our properties inside and out before you move in to insure both your rights and the owners when it comes to your security deposit.
• We hold all security deposits in a FDIC insured bank.
• We Re-key exterior locks between tenants to ensure your security.
• We check and service the furnaces annually.
• Chimneys are cleaned every two years
• For your convenience we offer a 24-hour rent drop box along with Direct Deposit.
