October 2017 was another great month for the Colorado Springs housing market. We saw positive October sales (LY) comps across the board for the fourth consecutive year. The average sales price for single family homes is up over $23,000 vs October 2016. New Construction across El Paso County continues to be a strong driver. The Fountain area leads the way once again for single family resale. Inventory has come down for three consecutive months and is down vs last year. Less inventory keeps the market bullish. Even though the days on market number has trended upward since May 2017 it's still significantly low vs last year. Click here for my full report.
